WETS User T&C Acknowledgement

By using WETS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Introduction

Welcome to WETS. By accessing or using the WETS platform ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your participation in the WETS ecosystem, including rewards, membership tiers, referrals, and future token-related features.

2. Definitions

  • WETS Points: Non-monetary reward points earned through activities on the Platform.
  • Membership Tiers: Explorer, Premium, and Ambassador levels within the WETS ecosystem.
  • User: Any individual registered on the Platform.
  • Merchant: A business introduced or participating in the WETS ecosystem.
  • Contribution: A one-time payment required to activate certain membership tiers and support the operation and development of the Platform.

3. Membership Tiers

3.1 Explorer (Tier 1)

  • All users are automatically assigned as Explorer upon registration.
  • Explorers may earn WETS Points through eligible activities.

3.2 Premium (Tier 2)

Users may be upgraded to Premium upon fulfilling criteria set by WETS, including minimum points accumulation and/or referral of active users.

No payment is required for Premium upgrade.

Benefits may include enhanced reward earning, access to selected features and campaigns, and eligibility for future ecosystem benefits.

3.3 Ambassador (Tier 3)

Users may qualify for Ambassador status upon fulfilling requirements such as minimum points threshold, referral requirements (users and/or merchants), and a one-time Ambassador Activation Contribution.

4. Ambassador Activation Contribution

4.1 Contribution Purpose

The Ambassador Activation Contribution is a one-time payment required to activate Ambassador status. This contribution supports platform maintenance and infrastructure, system development and feature enhancements, community growth and operational activities, and administrative and support costs.

4.2 Contribution Amount

  • The initial contribution may start from RM50 (Early Ambassador Phase).
  • WETS reserves the right to revise the contribution amount at any time (e.g., RM80, RM100 or higher) depending on system development and program expansion.

4.3 Non-Refundable

All contributions are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated by WETS.

4.4 Nature of Contribution

  • The contribution is not an investment.
  • No guaranteed income, profit, or return is promised.
  • Benefits are based on participation and ecosystem development.

5. WETS Points System

5.1 Earning Points

Users may earn WETS Points through receipt submissions, referral of users, merchant introductions, and campaign participation. WETS reserves the right to adjust earning mechanisms at any time.

5.2 Receipt Submission

  • All receipts must be valid and genuine.
  • WETS reserves the right to verify, approve, or reject submissions.

5.3 Referrals

  • Referral rewards are granted only when referred users meet activity requirements.
  • WETS may impose caps or limitations.

5.4 Merchant Referrals

Rewards are granted only upon successful merchant verification and activation.

6. Points Validity & Modification

  • WETS Points do not represent monetary value.
  • Points may be adjusted, expired, or revoked at WETS' discretion.
  • Conversion mechanisms (if any) are subject to change.

7. Future Token Conversion

  • Tokens are not guaranteed to have monetary value.
  • No promise of liquidity or resale value is made.
  • Token functionality depends on ecosystem development.

WETS Points may be eligible for conversion into digital tokens in the future. Token issuance may be conducted on supported blockchain networks such as BNB Chain.

8. User Responsibilities & Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

  • Submit fraudulent or duplicate receipts
  • Create multiple accounts
  • Abuse referral or reward systems
  • Engage in any dishonest or manipulative activities

WETS reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, deduct or cancel points, and revoke membership status.

9. System Modifications

WETS reserves the right to modify membership requirements, rewards, and system rules, and to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any updates.

10. Limitation of Liability

WETS shall not be liable for:

  • Changes in rewards or system structure
  • Technical interruptions or delays
  • Any perceived or actual loss related to token value

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia.

12. Acceptance

By using the WETS Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
